THE COMPANY
Continuing the family tradition of more than fifty years in wood processing, Karipidis Pallets was founded in 2001 in Naoussa Imathia following the initiative of Theodoros and Irene Karipidis.
The object of the company is the production of wooden pallets and the manufacture of specialized wooden packaging materials with numerous applications in the industry.In its twelve years of operation, after achieving a dynamic growth rate, the company is ranked as the market leader for the sector in Greece. Karipidis Pallets is the market leader of the domestic market covering a large part of the existing demand. The company’s clientele includes many important representatives of the Greek industry, while the rapid increase in market share lies both in the adequacy of the means of production and, of course, in securing the necessary raw material.
INFRASTRUCTURE & FACILITIES
The factory infrastructure of Karipidis Pallets is a complex pallet production and wood processing unit in Irinoupoli Naousis, Imathia Prefecture. The facilities are located on a plot of 44,000 m2 and include 6,000 m2 of industrial plants and 2,000 m2 of sheds for product storage.
The main production lines consist of 4 modern, automatic units, which correspond to a dynamic of 2,000,000 pallets per year. Equipment includes a dryer and additional multiple, specialized crimping mechanisms. As regards the handling and distribution of the products, this is done through a privately owned fleet, which has a total of 10 trucks.
The company has already implemented within the last three years two investment programs totaling €6,000,000, completely renewing its equipment with the most modern and reliable means.
