Return Policy

Return/ Change Products

  • You have the right to return/exchange the product you received within fourteen (14) days and request its replacement with another size or product.
  • In case of returning products due to a fault/ negligence of the fan/ user, the latter will be charged with the shipping costs of the products. If the reason of return is due to an ARIS F.C. Boutique’s error, the return costs shall be borne by the latter.
  • The products must be returned in their original condition and, particularly, they must not have been used, they must not have any damage or defects, no label must have been removed, the clothes – accessories must be in their original bag in perfect condition, the shoes must be in their original box in perfect condition and in the case of household items the packaging of the product must not have been opened, it must be sealed in its manufacturing condition and the product must not have been used.
  • Returned products must be accompanied by all necessary documentation received upon receipt.
  • Please note that in the occasion in which the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully, at the time of delivery, your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects. In case a defect is found during quality control on the returned product, ARIS F.C. Boutique must contact the fan to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return of the product in question.
  • Return/Exchange of purchase from the e-shop:
    • The return in all cases should be made with the shipping company we will indicate to you [i.e. the same courier company that delivered the order].
    • In case you wish to return the products purchased from arisfc.store, the address where the products should be sent to is ARIS F.C. Boutique, 154 Alexandrou Papanastasiou Street, P.C. 54249 Thessaloniki, Tel. 231 231 3303.
    • The fan bears the return and shipping costs.
    • The return/exchange can also be made at the physical ARIS F.C. Boutique store as long as the fan wishes so.
  • Return/Exchange of purchase from the ARIS F.C. Boutique physical store:
    • In case you wish to return products purchased from the physical store ARIS F.C. Boutique, you can come to us daily (according to the opening hours and no force majeure events apply).
    • However, the exchange can also be made by any courier company but the fan is responsible for the return and shipping costs.

     

    Return of Defective Products

    • All of our products are manufactured to the best standards and are sold in the ARIS F.C. Boutique and e-shop in excellent condition.
    • All products returned to ARIS F.C. Boutique’s store and warehouse are subject to a meticulous quality control.
    • We will replace any defective products you wish to return within 14 days.
    • In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the arisfc.store online store has the right to claim compensation from the fan, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and without any other consideration, to make a total or partial set-off of this claim against the fan.
    • It should be noted that in the event that the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

     

    Returns of products at the charge of ARIS F.C. Boutique

    • In all cases where other items than the ordered ones are delivered, by type or quantity.
    • In the case of damaged packaging, the fan is entitled to refuse to accept the product in principle and request its replacement, after agreement with ARIS F.C. Boutique.
    • The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and within one (1) business day. Any delay on behalf of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the customer is not entitled for replacement.
