Shipping – Receiving Methods

Shipping methods

•         Orders for worldwide deliveries are accepted.
•         Make sure you have filled in your phone number correctly when ordering so that the shipping company can contact you.
•         The products are shipped by courier for Greece and by ELTA for the rest of the world.
•         Our courier companies are GENIKI TAXYDOMIKI, ELTA Courier, ELTA & Speedex.
•         After the shipment’s departure, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
•         Deliveries of orders from https://www.arisfc.store to the partner courier company are carried out daily Monday to Saturday and are delivered to the place of your choice easily and reliably.

•         Due to special circumstances, may be slight delays on orders delivered by courier.

Shipping costs  

Shipping costs are shown separately on the order and are calculated according to the place of delivery and the weight of the products.

•         Within Greece:

oThe cost of cash on delivery is (2€).    

oThe cost of shipping within Greece and up to 2 kg is five euros (5€) with ELTA Courier, five euros (5€) with GENIKI TAHYDOMIKI & six euros (6€) with SPEEDEX. For each additional kilo the cost is 1€/kg respectively for each of the above mentioned options.

o    FREE for purchases over 99€ and up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo the cost is 1€/kg.

o    You can track the progress of your shipment with the tracking number sended to you through the email address you provided us when placing your order as soon as the parcel is shipped.

•         Outdoor*:

o    The cost of shipping abroad is:

• For shipping as a “registered” parcel and up to 2kg at fifteen euros (15€).
•  For shipping as a “registered” parcel over 2kg at thirty euros (30€), worldwide.
• You can track the progress of your shipment with the tracking number sended to you through the email address you provided us when placing your order as soon as the parcel is shipped.

*ARIS F.C. Boutique is not responsible for any custom duties and taxes that may apply in certain countries.

Delivery Time

•         Upon completion of your order, the shipment is carried out immediately and the delivery to the fan takes place within 1-2 working days for large urban centers and 3-7 working days for less accessible areas.
•         For areas classified as “hard to reach” by the courier company, this time may vary.
•         Delivery time may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, public holidays, force majeure events, etc.

Order Delay

In the event of any delay of your order, you can contact us at the e-mail address boutique@arisfc.com.gr or by phone at +30 231 231 33 33 03 (toll charge if and as long as the Force Majeure Events mentioned do not apply) and report the incident to us.

Pick up from ARIS F.C. Boutique

•         Place your order at https://www.arisfc.store.
•         You can pick it up at ARIS F.C. Boutique during the days and hours of operation. You will find more information in the “Contact” section as for the opening hours.
•         Give the number of the order received by email or mobile number at the at the checkout counter.

Order Cancellation

•         It is possible to cancel your order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address boutique@arisfc.com.gr or by calling at 231 231 3303 before the shipment of the product and provided that it has not already been processed by ARIS F.C. Boutique.

·         There is no right to cancel the order except in the above cases.
