Warranty
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- It is necessary to have and present the receipt or invoice with the date, place of purchase and price of the product visible in order to provide you with the services specified by this warranty.
- It is a prerequisite that the purchase of the products was made from ARIS F.C. Boutique or the official online store.
- Regarding ARIS electronic devices (mobile accessories, smart watches, bluetooth, headphones, etc.) the following apply:
- The warranty period is valid from the official dealership for two (2) years from the date of purchase as evidenced by the receipt.
- The fixed data of the device (Serial number – Serial No.) must not have been altered.
- Do not exclude damage based on the manufacturer’s warranty form.
- If it is found out that the problem is due to misuse of the electronic product and the product is under warranty, then the cost of repair (parts, labor, etc.) is borne solely by the fan.
- If there is a problem with the product when activating, please contact us immediately at the email address boutique@arisfc.com.gr or alternatively by phone at 231 231 33 03 to report the incident.
- The warranty does not cover shipping and transport costs for repair and/or replacement of the product to and from ARIS F.C. Boutique. Therefore, you should always keep all receipts of purchase and delivery.
